Examining and Quantifying Your Needs

How do you know what training you and your company need without an examination of where you are and where you could be? Obviously you can't know and any training dollars would probably either be wasted or would not result in the return on invesment they should.

The first thing we do when we go to work on your training is ask a lot of questions:

• Where do you want to be?
• Should your employees or customers received some kind of certification?
• How effective is your existing training?
• Can existing training be edited or added to to make it the kind of training you want?
• What kinds of facilities will you need to get the training in place?
• And lots more

What we do is ensure that you will get the most benefit from the training we create for you.

But that's not all. Every step along the way we look at the work we are doing to see how it might be improved in light of your ideas and suggestions and of questions that come to mind as we put the training together.

And we measure everything that can be measured. As Peter Drucker pointed out, "That which cannot be measured cannot be managed."
